Imagine your clients drifting quietly at low-level in Buddy Bombard’s magical balloons, just above the rooftops of snow-covered alpine villages and spectacular winter scenes tucked deep in the valleys of the Swiss Alps.  Sound like fun?  It is! And if your clients love mild winter weather, then our January and February Swiss Winter adventures are perfect for them.

Beautiful Gstaad is the setting for our 6-day, 5-night winter vacations, which feature a scheduled balloon adventure of approximately 3½ hours each day.  To add to this magical experience, our chefs prepare an elaborate picnic lunch with fine wine to enjoy in our balloons, while drifting through some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.

Each afternoon, we return to the lovely 5-star Grand Hotel Park near the enchanting, walk-around village square of Gstaad.  Your clients can toast their toes by the fire, shop in charming local boutiques or snuggle in a mountain of down before gathering for dinner – A lovely party each evening in the town's finest and most intimate restaurants.           

Not far from Gstaad is the little village of Chateau d'Oex, home to Europe's annual International Balloon Festival.  Each winter two of our 5-night Highlights of the Alps programs are extended to 8-nights Highlights of the Alps & Festival, where our guests float through the beautiful Chateau d'Oex valley with nearly 100 balloons from all over Europe.  It is a world-class spectacle of color, precision flying, competitions and fun, set against the magnificent backdrop of the snow covered Alps.
